Feature
Follow-up reminders
Email a lead from Leads4u and a follow-up is planned automatically. When it is due, a clock icon lights up and one click opens a short follow-up message.
Most deals are won on the second or third message, and most people forget to send it. Leads4u remembers for you.
Planned when you send
When you email a lead from the app there is a tick - on by default - saying "Remind me to follow up in 3 days". The lead moves to Contacted and the follow-up is planned. Marking a lead as Contacted by hand plans one too. Untick it for the emails you do not want a reminder for.
Easy to see, one click to act
When the day comes, a clock icon lights up in the lead's actions in the leads table, and the dashboard shows a "Follow up today" list of the leads waiting for you. Until then the icon stays greyed out, with the date in its tooltip. One click opens a short, friendly follow-up message - "Re:" your last subject, with the report link if it is still open - ready to edit and send from your own address.
Clears itself
When a lead moves on from Contacted - Interested, Won or Lost - the reminder clears by itself, so your list only ever shows people who still need a nudge.
Part of the lead pipeline and the email you send from your own address.
