Send emails from your own address

Copying a pitch into your mail app, finding the PDF and attaching it by hand is slow. With Leads4u you click one icon and the email goes out - from your own address, so replies land in your own inbox.

Your own Gmail or business email

In Settings, connect the mailbox you already use: a Gmail or Google Workspace address (with a Google app password), or any business email such as info@yourcompany.com using its mail server details. Leads4u sends a test email to confirm it works before anything goes to a lead.

Every customer connects their own mailbox. Your emails are never sent from anyone else's address, and your password is stored encrypted and never shown again.

One click from the leads table

Every lead with an email address has a mail icon right in the table, next to the delete button. Click it, and the personalised outreach message opens, ready to edit. Choose which of the lead's addresses to write to and press send. If a business has several email addresses, one tick copies up to three of the others in (CC) - each shows as a small chip you can cross out, so only the people you want are copied. Leave it off and only the address you chose gets the email.

Send the report as a link or a PDF

If the lead's website has been analysed, you choose how the report goes out. The default is a private report link: a short email with one link, which lands better than a heavy attachment. Or switch to the branded PDF report as an attachment. The sentence in the email changes with your choice, so it never says "attached" when nothing is. If the website has not been analysed yet, the message goes out without a report - nothing breaks and nothing needs fixing first.

Remember to follow up

A tick (on by default) plans a follow-up a few days after the email. When it is due, a clock icon lights up on the lead and the dashboard lists it - one click opens a short follow-up message. See follow-up reminders.

Built for a busy team

Emails are sent in the background, so the page never waits and many people can send at the same time without slowing each other down. A temporary mail-server problem is retried, and if an email cannot be sent you see the reason in plain words - such as a wrong password - instead of a silent failure. Sent leads are marked as contacted in your lead pipeline.
